Who is JCKT

Josh Courtright — BS Biology, MBA, NASM-CPT

I'm a husband, a father, and a son to retired parents — and like many of the people I work with, I understand what it truly means to juggle work, family, and personal responsibilities every single day.

For years, I worked in both the nonprofit and private sectors, caught in a fast-paced routine that left little room for my own well-being. Eventually, I made a decision that changed everything: I chose to prioritize my health. That choice didn't just improve how I felt — it reshaped my direction and my purpose.

Now, I'm dedicated to helping others do the same in a way that fits their lives. No extremes, no unrealistic expectations — just practical, sustainable steps toward feeling stronger, healthier, and more in control.

Because I've been there — and I know real change has to work in the real world. I'm fully insured, NASM-certified, and work with clients throughout the Bryn Mawr area.

There's no script and no hard sell. When you reach out, the first thing we do is talk — about where you are, what you're hoping for, and what's made it difficult in the past. That conversation can happen over the phone, in person, or however is easiest for you.

A relaxed conversation about your goals, your lifestyle, and anything that's gotten in the way before. No commitment required — just an honest exchange.

We meet — and it's on me
We get together for 30 to 45 minutes at your gym, your home, or wherever you feel comfortable. We'll move a little, talk a lot, and by the end you'll have a real sense of what working together could look like. This session is completely free.

You decide
If it feels like a good fit, we'll put together a plan that works around your schedule and your life. And if it doesn't feel right, that's completely fine too — you'll still walk away with a clearer picture of what moving forward could look like.
